The execution visibility gap

You have activity. You do not have a trustworthy picture of execution.

01

Roadmap versus reality

Projects remain “active” even when the observable work has stopped.

02

Dependencies without owners

Teams wait on other teams, vendors or leadership decisions that nobody is forcing.

03

Busy work versus priorities

Activity rises while leadership still cannot see where meaningful effort went.

04

The organization forgets

The same bottlenecks and unenforced decisions reappear because nobody preserves the pattern.

Dashboards summarize fields. Status meetings summarize opinions. Delivery Intelligence interprets observable activity and turns it into decisions.

The intelligence model

Your tools record fragments. Delivery Intelligence connects the evidence.

01

Evidence

Roadmaps, MRs, issues, comments, decisions, notes and non-code signals.

02

Interpretation

What moved, stalled, aged, conflicted, lost ownership or lacks visibility.

03

Leadership action

Decide, unblock, pause, clarify, enforce, coach or create a better signal.

Evidence over reported statusConfidence on every major findingHuman review and overridesNo individual scoring

Three decision instruments

Reports built to change the leadership conversation.

Concise, evidence-backed and action-oriented. The output is not more data. It is a clearer decision about what happens next.

The entry offer

30-Day Delivery Intelligence Pilot

Install and calibrate a working intelligence loop around one product or business unit. By day 30, leadership has a validated project picture, four weekly decision briefs and a first month of organizational memory.

Fixed investmentUS$20,00050% at booking · 50% before final readoutApply for the Pilot ↗

Included

  • Up to 8 teams and 30 claimed active initiatives
  • Deep reporting on up to 12 priority projects
  • Four Weekly Delivery Intelligence reports
  • One Monthly Delivery Pulse
  • Decision and dependency register
  • Two leadership working sessions
  • Reusable client-controlled reporting package
  • Final findings and 90-day action plan
Week 1

Map reality

Confirm sources, projects, priorities, teams, bot accounts and evidence coverage.

Week 2

Calibrate findings

Generate the first reports, then correct false positives and confidence levels.

Week 3

Force decisions

Surface dependency chains, ownership gaps and decisions without follow-through.

Week 4

Establish memory

Deliver the Monthly Pulse, executive readout and operating cadence.

What the client provides

One executive sponsor, read-only evidence access or structured exports, a current roadmap and two leadership working sessions.

What is not included

Custom API development, platform migration, outsourced project management, employee ranking or predictive delivery promises.

Fit matters

Built for companies where complexity has outrun visibility.

Best suited to founder-led technology companies with 40 to 250 people, several teams and a roadmap leadership no longer fully trusts.

Strong fit

  • Three or more delivery teams
  • 15 or more claimed active projects
  • Cross-team dependencies are common
  • Useful data with inconsistent hygiene
  • An executive willing to act

Not a fit

  • You want employee monitoring
  • You only want another dashboard
  • No executive owns follow-through
  • You want false certainty
  • You want custom integrations included

After the pilot

Keep the intelligence loop running.

Continue with a Delivery Intelligence Office for weekly intelligence, monthly memory and decision follow-through, starting at US$12,000 per month.

Embedded operating-partner work, including intervention ownership, leadership cadence and coaching, starts at US$18,000 per month.

There is no obligation to continue after the pilot.

Questions executives ask

What this is, and what it is not.

We already have Jira, GitLab or an engineering dashboard. Why do we need this?

Those systems show records and metrics. Delivery Intelligence interprets conflicting signals across projects, teams, priorities and decisions, then recommends leadership action.

Our delivery data is messy. Will this still work?

Messy data is expected. Every finding includes evidence, confidence and limitations. Missing visibility can itself become an actionable finding rather than being mistaken for inactivity.

Do we need to install software or replace our tools?

No. The pilot works through client-provided bot access, read-only evidence or structured exports. It does not require a new dashboard or platform migration.

Will this be used to evaluate individual employees?

No. Analysis focuses on projects, teams, dependencies, decisions and operating patterns. It never creates individual productivity scores.

What about Growth, Design and other non-code work?

Non-code work is explicitly identified and assessed using appropriate evidence. Where no credible record exists, the recommendation may be a simple weekly impact signal rather than a code metric.

How do you prevent AI-generated false conclusions?

Every major finding includes supporting evidence and a confidence level. Reports are human-reviewed, and corrections or time-limited overrides are recorded.
